Villa Arden Hills, Carmichael

My recent experience at this resort left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding service and spa amenities. While the building was beautiful and the rooms were spacious, the treatment I received at the spa was far from relaxing. I had high hopes for a memorable getaway, but unfortunately, the management and service failures overshadowed the positives.

The hotel boasts striking aesthetics with beautiful building and room designs that create an inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, during my stay, I experienced significant disruptions at night due to loud parties and barking dogs, which affected my overall enjoyment. While I appreciated some aspects like the spa and staff friendliness, the noise level made it difficult to relax and unwind, which is what I was hoping for.
